The Fiesta
Seasoned lean ground beef or chicken with ethnic Mexican spices, served with fresh pico de gallo, salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and onions, shredded cheese and fresh jalapenos. The Pastabilities
Tantalize your taste buds with a taste of Italy. Spaghetti or fettuccine noodles cooked to perfection served with your choice of homemade meatballs or Italian seasoned blackened chicken. The Grillin' & Chillin'
Sit back and let us do the grilling while you do the Chillin'. Fresh, handmade hamburgers, hotdogs, sausages served on fresh buns along with all the fixins': lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, mayo, mustard. Choose any two of these items coleslaw, potato salad or pasta salad, and baked beans all made from scratch. Served with an assortment of sauces, rolls and buns.

Wrap it Up or Sail it away!
An assortment of subs or wraps made to your liking. Fresh rolls or soft tortillas, filled with your choice of deli meat (turkey, ham, roast beef), fresh vegetables and your choice of cheese. Served with thinly sliced homemade potato chips and condiments of your choice.

Rise and Shine
Wake up your taste buds with our delicious Continental Breakfast spread. Our savory option includes fluffy scrambled eggs served with crispy bacon or sausage and potatoes. Our continental breakfast options include an assortment of bagels and pastries, yogurt parfaits, pancakes, French toast, or cheese filled burritos. Both options served with hot coffee and tea, and an assortment of cold beverages.

We have something to satisfy any sweet tooth. We offer assorted freshly baked cookies, decadent chocolate brownies, light and refreshing strawberry shortcakes, assorted fruit cobblers and crisps warmed and served with your choice of whipped cream or ice cream. A variety of pudding parfits are available in addition to traditional Mediterranean baklava.

The Salad Bar
Round out your meal by adding any of our fresh, made to order salads. Our selections include tossed, Greek, Italian, Chef, Cobb, Chicken caesar and Harvest Salad. We also offer Mediterranean classics including Fattoush and Tabouli. All our salads are prepared using the freshest ingredients and served with dressing of your choice.
THE APPETIZERS
The platters can be added to any meal. Choose from a variety of cheeses, assorted melons and fruit, and cracker tray, potato skins, bacon-wrapped jalapenos or dates, antipasto skewers, assorted dips, bruschetta, pinwheels, and canapes.
